The Seamless Add-In the intuitive web application that users see, when they are working with the software. The main goals of the Add-In are to provide powerful self-service functions to simplify day-to-day work with SharePoint. The Add-in is hosted in your Office 365 Tenant and acts as a visual layer. In the background, Seamless uses your SharePoint sites, lists and libraries to store documents and information. Seamless uses SharePoint and Office 365 Groups to control permissions and access.
The Seamless Provisioining is a powerful yet flexible automation engine that creates and configures Seamless workspaces based on your organizational needs. It is configured individually per customer and supports you maintaining SharePoint governance and compliance.
Everytime users create a new Seamless workspace, the Seamless Provisioning will do the work for you. You simply have to fill in the name, address (url), organizational unit and workspace type in the form to create a new Seamless workspace.
As an alternative you can also create Seamless workspaces from your existing CRM-, ERP-, LOB or Industry Solution using the Public API to create new Seamless workspaces. When you update workspace information in your 3rd party tool, the changes will be automatically reflected in the Seamless workspace.
